Cakewalk Band

Working with Sky and the band was an awesome experience. I was so touched that they responded and respected our wishes to create a playlist that really worked for my husband and I. They learned learned a song for our first dance. They were a big part of the success of our reception. It was so much fun!!! I so enjoyed my reception and having them there was so worth it!!! Thanks so much guys! You rock!!!!

The only thing that I really wanted at our wedding was a live band, and Cakewalk was beyond what we had hoped for and envisioned. They are amazingly talented and kept the dance floor going all night. We hired Cakewalk to play at our wedding. We were confident in our choice after meeting Sky in person and watching their videos online - but they blew us away at our wedding! Their energy and presence on the stage/dance floor was fantastic - they got everyone up and dancing. The band did a great job reading the crowd and playing music that appealed to each guest, they were professional and helpful. They helped us out with a speaker and played from our playlist for the ceremony, and started early when we happened to be ahead of schedule. We were flooded with messages the next day about how great of a time everyone had. We will for sure use them again if we're in need of a band for a future event. You won't be disappointed if you hire these guys!

We had so much fun at our event and highly recommend Cakewalk for anyone that is looking to have a great time! They are friendly, accommodating and are great musicians.

My husband and I saw Cakewalk perform at a fundraising event last weekend, and it was such a blast! The songs they played were a great mix of hits, both new and old, and their performances were all awesome. People were on the dance floor within the first couple of songs and everyone was having a wonderful time. They are excellent musicians, have got great energy and really liven up a space. We can't wait to see them again and highly recommend them!

Cakewalk played at my nephew's wedding in early September 2016. They were absolutely the best event band I've ever heard (You Can Call Me Al is still in my head days later) and had the dance floor packed all night. Everyone young and older loved them! Cakewalk was amazing. We were blown away with their talent. They were instrumental in creating a packed dance floor. They are able to play a wide variety of music from classic oldies to new music. It was also very convenient to have the band take care of the DJ services between the sets. We’ve had many compliments about the band from our guests. We highly recommend them.

As an event organiser and MC I am very happy to give these guys 5 stars. They do an incredible job and with an extensive repertoire geared to all those feel good numbers people love, there was no difficulty filling the dance floor. Very easy to work with and accommodating of the needs of the organisers. Happy to refer them!!

Great band, enthusiastic, talented and awesome musical repertoire. Something for everyone at your event for sure. I attended a private function where they headlined and all ages were up dancing! I VERY fun night all around.

We hired Cakewalk for our wedding and boy did they deliver! We had a Star Wars themed wedding and the whole band showed up in costume. They brought a ton of energy to their performance and the music selection was perfect (kept me, the bride, dancing all night). They coordinated our music for the whole day, brought all of their own equipment and lighting, and were really supportive to my husband and I in selecting and coordinating our music. The band was very personable and mingled with the guests when they were off stage, the sound Engineer even joined us on the dance floor! Not only were they very professional, supportive, and a lot of fun but they were extremely talented. We have a lot of musician friends and family (including the groom) and absolutely everyone had nothing but great things to say about the band. Cakewalk really made our day special, fun, and memorable. HIGHLY recommended!!
